Higher conversion for PPC and natural search. Need for better performance from their Pay Per Click program.
Plan:
We begin with implementing Omniture Site Catalyst to get a better understanding of what worked and what didn´t work on the site.
Then we conducted tests of home page creative and content. We redesigned the site to create stronger calls to action and to make an offer related to their unique
value proposition, which was creating residential or business mailing lists.
Then we called out top vertical markets (real estate, brokers, accounting, medical, dental, spa & salon) to help visitors identify themselves in the solutions
Avery PMC provided. We provided content for visitors defining the benefits of direct mail and more instruction for using the site. We also provided customers
with direct mail information related to specific vertical markets and began delivering creative specific to vertical markets.
Results:
Improved natural search results and natural search traffic.
Received excellent press from the DMA, Entrepreneur.com and others for PR placement.
Received top natural results for their vertical market and keyword phrases.
Decreased their cost per acquisition from $23 to just less than $7.
Quadrupled their email list in 6 months.

Needed to improve natural search to increase site traffic and, ultimately, wine club membership.
Plan:
Redesigned site, created content creation plan that included additional pages on the site to inform readers about the wine industry, tasting and other helpful wine tips as well as unique title tags and other meta data to help direct search engines to important and relevant site content.
Results:
Improved natural search ranking to page one top 5 for 65 keywords and phrases, increased traffic by 25% in 3 months, increased wine club membership online by 20%.
Need:
This small, but industry-established company needed to create a website to lend credibility to the business and provide easier access to information and products with a small budget.
Plan:
We designed a site that was user-friendly and achieved natural search results fairly quickly. We created presence in the market quickly with cost-effective marketing tools including pr and blogs related to their customer base and an RSS Feed that shared methodology and other tips of the industry. We created a simple PR and linking campaign and began acquiring names and email addresses for an email campaign designed to get a better understanding of individual customer needs so customized plans could be created.

Need:
Need: Current website wasn´t generating traffic and it was strictly informational, call to action was only a phone number.
Plan:
Redesign site to optimize for natural search, enable Webervations to allow online booking of rooms. Brought Book a Room and Book a Wedding calls to action to laser focus on the home page. Placed more images of this stunning venue to encourage wedding bookings. Included testimonials to add credibility to the business. Begin PPC program to drive traffic until natural search and ranking were in place.
Results:
PPC program was initiated and cost per acquisition was $6 per booking. Natural search began performing so well that we suspended PPC. 95% of bookings are a result of booking online. Online booking is driven almost entirely by natural search and word of mouth. Proprietor pays for no other marketing vehicles to drive booking and wedding sales.
Need:
Talented local blue grass band needed website to announce their performance and competition schedule on a tight budget.
Plan:
Create site that showcased the bands talent and personality. Included performance schedule, plus ability to acquire name and email addresses and audio clip to download from their CD.
Results:
Visits to the site to download audio clip and performance schedule. Gave band online presence and search ranking for their music style
Need:
Established real estate company had dynamic, easy to search web site that wasn´t placing in search results.
Plan:
Provided keyword research and competitive audit and link analysis.
Made changes to make pages indexable and searchable. Created more visible calls to action on home page. Created linking strategy and created an RSS feed of their real estate blog, currently creating RSS feed for their RMLS listings, only realtor in Oregon to provide this service.
Results:
Site went from page rank of 0 to page rank of 3 in 3 months (Google provides a page rank from 0-10, 10 being the highest). Site is placing in natural search for top 12 keywords on Yahoo and MSN review further results in 1 month to gauge traction on Google. |
